When will my personalised advent calendar be dispatched?

We want your personalised advent calendar to still be in perfect condition when it’s opened, so we wait until the start of October before dispatching any calendars. Calendars ordered from October onwards will be dispatched as soon as they’re ready.

To make sure my chocolate calendar arrives on time, what date should I order by?

Our chocolate calendars are custom-made items, so we need time for production as well as shipping. To ensure your chocolate calendar is with you before the start of December, we recommend ordering by mid-November at the latest.

What type of chocolate does the photo advent calendar contain?

All our photo advent calendars contain 24 chocolates, one for each day leading up to Christmas. You can select classic milk chocolate or our premium calendar with chocolates made by Lindt.

Can I also include multiple photos when designing my Christmas chocolate calendar?

Yes, some of our Christmas chocolate calendar designs allow for several photos to be included. Just select the option that suits your design idea.
